By using the Cool Site Collection website, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
Basic Terms
- You must be 13 years or older to become a member.
- You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your screen name.
- You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
- You must not abuse, harass, threaten, impersonate or intimidate other Cool Site Collection members.
- You may not use Cool Site Collection for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. International users agree to comply with all local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content.
- You are solely responsible for your conduct and any data, text, information, screen names, graphics, photos, profiles, audio and video clips, links that you submit, post, and display on Cool Site Collection.
- Cool Site Collection is intended for personal use and is not a generic image hosting service. Professional or corporate uses of Cool Site Collection are prohibited.
- You must not modify, adapt or hack Cool Site Collection or modify another website so as to falsely imply that it is associated with Cool Site Collection.
- You must not create or submit unwanted email to any Cool Site Collection members (“Spam”).
- You must not, in the use of Cool Site Collection, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
- You must not post sexually explicit, nude or illegal images. All images submitted may be removed if deemed inappropriate.
Violation of any of these agreements will result in the termination of your Cool Site Collection account. While Cool Site Collection prohibits such conduct and content on its site, you understand and agree that Cool Site Collection cannot be responsible for the Content posted on its web site and you nonetheless may be exposed to such materials and that you use Cool Site Collection at your own risk.
General Conditions
- We reserve the right to modify or terminate your Cool Site Collection account for any reason, without notice, at any time.
- We reserve the right to alter these terms of service at any time. If the alterations constitute a material change to the terms of service, we will notify you. What constitutes a "material change" will be determined at our sole discretion, in good faith and using common sense and reasonable judgement.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
- We may, but have no obligation to, remove content and accounts containing content that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party's intellectual property or these terms of service.
Use of Cool Site Collection and the Cool Site Collection content
All of the Content available through Cool Site Collection is protected by our copyrights and the copyrights of our partners and/or users. You may not use, store, display, publish, transmit, distribute, modify, reproduce, create derivative works of, participate in the transfer or sale of, publicly perform, or in any way exploit any of this Content, in whole or in part, outside of the specific usage rights granted to you by Cool Site Collection as part of the services we provide.

Limits on our Responsibilities
We cannot guarantee the accuracy, security or quality of content posted on or transmitted through Cool Site Collection.
Under no circumstances will we be liable for any loss, harm, error or omission that may result from the use of Cool Site Collection or the services we provide or for any service failure or interruption, regardless of the cause.
